Your student will have a sense of family with the Capri staff! They are on call after hours to assist with lockouts, parking issues, and emergencies. It’s comforting for the students to see a familiar face when they need after hours assistance. Our maintenance team cares and are always ready to handle any issues that may arise., regularly going above and beyond what is needed to keep the students happy!

AVAILABLE ROOMMATE MATCHING

Here at Capri we offer roommate matching! Is your student going in without any roommates in mind? Don’t sweat it! Each roommate will fill out a Roommate Preference form so that we know exactly what they are looking for in a roommate.

PERSONAL LEASE LIABILITY

You’re only responsible for your student’s rent — not anyone else’s! Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space, unlike other apartments or rentals where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Capri for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. This is just another reason why Capri is the best housing option for your student! (Does not apply to studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments)

MOVE-IN READY

No need to rent a moving truck. Capri offers fully furnished apartments, complete with brand new modern furniture that includes a bed frame, mattress, dresser, desk, chair, dining set, sofa and even a TV.
